Release for June 2010

R.U.S.E. is a real-time strategy game, its is game for Age of Empires and Command & Conquerer lovers this game allows Xbox gamers to blast their foes away and lead their nation to sweet victory, It gives the gamer the chance to control the action using views that range vastly from the battlefield to the full Beauty of war. Players will be plunged into the action thanks to the exclusive IRISZOOM Engine which offers an intuitive interface that allows for smooth, rapid transitions from a birds-eye view of the entire conflict, down into the heat of the battle and vice versa. Its now out since 8th June 2010.


Well Where to start with this, I am a rock fan myself and play guitar hero games and rockband games to death hence why i play on expert on guitar (Honestly). Anyway this is another special Rock band game which features American Punk rock band and Grammy award winning group Green Day. It is developed by none other than Harmonix, the developer of music-based games. As the Beatles rockband it will Feature the band characters and a story mode of their best selling albums to date. Hopefull should be a one to buy for rock band and green day lovers but in my opinion Beatles Rockband is probably better but we will have to wait and see. Coming out on Friday in the UK so 11th June 2010.


Here is the infamous Golf player Tiger Woods recently been in the news for the wrong reasons with incidents with his wife, but that didn't stop old tiggy here bringing out a new game. This should be a fun game for golf lovers out there EA sports have continued their ways of sports series with the likes of FIFA and PGA. This is a game for the lads who like to get hole in ones no pun intended.

Really intrested in the look of RUSE, I think i will have to make a purchase of that one, simply because I love games like that. Especially age of empires, you'll have to write a post about how u link Age of Empires 2 up by your LAN or something... Step by step guide mind

it can help you and your friends to link up with other classics such as diablo and diablo 2. I think does old classic Doom games too.

The software i use called Gameranger allows you to create your VPN which is private network for others join what is known as a LAN which consists of one host and several users. You can also password protect your game. It easy and instantly connects you to that persons game.

RTS games like R.U.S.E. are too complicated on anything other than PC so i'd get it on that.

PC is best for real-time strategy games, i mean look at the success Age of Empires,Warcraft,Command and Conquer had. I mean i got red alert 3 for 360 and i didn't get that feeling you get when you play on the pc it killed the fun for me as those strategy games where meant for the good old keyboard and mouse hence the selecting and clicking. On the 360 pad fiddling around with the analog stick is a pain for me. It probably is the same if PS3 had a new strategy game release. By the way the Strategy games i have played on my pc are Age of empires 2 and the expansion, Warcraft 2 and 3 and the expansion for 3,Command and Conquer orginal and 1st and 2nd of the red alert series and many others.

It's true, games which are made for the PC should stay on the PC. I remember playing an awesome Comand and Conquer but I cannot for the life of me remember which one it was...

I did like Halo Wars, though, and that was 360 exclusive, mainly because they differed from the standard RTS themes and made the building functions and stuff much simpler, with the majority of influence being on the combat.

Ye I still own Halo Wars, I didn't get very far in it, because it got too repetitive for me again
