3D glasses

Who wants to while their gaming, sit there with big chunky glasses on just to be able to see the games properly.

Yes the idea of 3D gaming is good, but at the moment the technology isn't their for them to jump aboard it. If they did what Microsoft are doing, which is waiting for technology to advance first, then the potential for gaming will be much better.

but it's just a pair of glasses, what's the big deal, it's a tiny price to pay for the quality of experience you'd get in return

The thing is your expecting the graphics to be massively different. I can tell you now that the technology isn't there, and the graphics will not be that much different.

no i expect the graphics to be the same, which is amzing as it is tbf, but as its in 3D i really don't think wearing a pair of glasses is that big deal

likeif you watch avatar in 2D the graphics are fantastic, but in 3D its an even more of a surreal experience, and i think it's well worth wearing a pair of special glasses

So yeah... 3D glasses for gaming is stupid.

no it isnt! its somthing that HAS to be done for you to experience a game like that. the only reason the DS can do it is because it is handheld so i closer to your eyes, it wont work on anything else, so for 3D gaming to become popular you HAVE to wear glasses, and theyre just glasses WHAT is the big deal???

That's why, currently, with the tech available 3D is viable for home consoles but is PERFECT for handhelds. YOu'll have to wear them over your actual glasses if you're shortsighted tho. That's like wearing two hats or two pairs of shoes.

I just want to say that 3D glasses are cool. Plus, anyone who is anyone has sat down with 3D glasses and watched Avatar. It's the same as that except nobody is going to see you.

wteva ppl who oppose 3d glasses, i just cant beleive that there are people who've worked hard to bring 3D gaming into ever home (that has a ps3) and you're moaning because of a simple pair of glasses that you have to wear! Ridiculous.

Wise up, this is the same as every day people having too wear glasses, except these glasses are 3D, and I don't expect 360 users too agree with his idea because obviously they will make themselvs not like it  so, if you have ever experianced 3D in the movie house, then you will know how amazing it would be to controll a 3D person right in fround of you. I think it is a brilliant idea and I am not bothered about 369 fans dissing it for one simple reason, they are jealous lol 

I am not fussed on the glasses to be honest with you, and I am not fussed about 3D gaming either, a 3D film is good once in a while, but constant things jumping out at you playing a game, isnt cool.
